My Latest Review!

I was recently written up by Interstate live after my shows with Ronnie Milsap and Craig Morgan. Here is what they had to say about our show. (Click here for the full article)
I have started this I don’t know how many times. Not that I don’t know what to say, it just all sounds like crap. Let me put in a little background at this point. I have seen a lot of bands in the last twelve years. Some good, some so-so and some absolutely terrible. At the Grizzly Rose there is a new band pretty much every week, rotating in and out of the club. Some play for a year or two, most have fizzled out after a few rounds. The reason that I brought that up....Joe Worrel. You know the name. I have written about him a couple times. Joe and the guys put on another great show both Friday and Saturday and I was in no way surprised. Since I saw Joe both nights I am going to write this for both. Joe knows how to play to the crowd. Friday night was pure country with Craig Morg, Saturday was a little more country rock and oldies because it was Ronnie Milsap. Both nights packed the dance floor and left a frenzied crowd waiting for more. Isn’t that what you want for an opener? The reason that I brought up the twelve years of listening to all these bands is that Joe Worrel is one of the best unsigned acts that I have seen in any genre.
